However, there are a few people who are actually getting paid to go on these trips. These are the people that work on the cruise line and have the benefit of doing many exciting things during their trip. It's a great way to earn a living if you like to travel, meet new people, and like the luxourious atmosphere of a cruise line.

Getting a job on a cruise line can be rewarding as many have wanted to get away from the 9-5 rat race job they currently have. Did you know that cruise lines hire 9,000 to 15,000 new staff members per year? That's a lot of room for opportunity to get a job on a big cruise line. The cruise industry is also booming as many baby boomers and even younger people have turned towards cruises for their getaway vacations. It's increased the demand for hiring new people which is the perfect opportunity for you if you're interested in becoming a cruise worker.

Here are some of the benefits of working for a cruise line:
1. Free exursions that passengers have to pay for like whale watching, elephant safari rides, hovercraft rides, and much more.
2. Your own "crew" bar
3. Get paid weekly (Not every two weeks like many companies)
4. Zero expenses (All your meals, room and board are all covered)
5. Airfare all paid to and from your ship

These are just some of the many perks of working for a cruise line. It's definitely not for everyone, but the bottom line is if you like to travel and are tired of the boring rat race, this might be a career opportunity for you.
