When conditions in your world are less than joyful, it's a sure sign that you are operating at lower vibrational frequency, in the realm of your ego. There is but one way out, and that is to raise your vibrational frequency.

The most empowering, frequency-raising thing you can do is to surrender your egos will to align with the greater will of your God-Realized Self, the aspect of you that is always in perfect alignment with Source and the Divine Design for Harmony. I give up is a mudra (a sacred gesture) that gets this across at a visceral level as you say the words either silently or aloud. And it's about as simple as it can be:

1. Touch both palms of your hands to your chest to signify I.

2. Extend your hands, palms up, out in front of you to signify give.

3. Raise your extended hands, palms up, toward the sky to signify up.( Just to be clear, youre not gesturing skyward to imply that your God-Realized Self lives in the sky, but to signify higher in frequency.)

So the next time you realize your know-it-all ego really doesn't know it all, and you're ready to release your struggles to the aspect of you that can actually sort them out for you, just remember "I give up!"
